In this role, you will lead the strategy and vision for emerging and next-gen products for retail customers. As the Sr Manager, Product Management focused on the vendor support product, you will lead a product team responsible for specific products, overseeing research, development, implementation, and execution of product strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish product vision: Collaborate with leaders to define product vision and OKRs, align with business partners, and prioritize features.

  • Enhance customer experience: Drive adoption through impactful feature design, find innovative opportunities, and stay updated on competition.

  • Drive product execution: Deliver autonomously on OKRs, provide clarity, prioritize effectively, and ensure usable and viable products.

  • Establish product advocacy and build influence: Build influence across teams, shape product strategy, align work with partners, and leverage data for alignment and storytelling.

  • Leverage product analytics: Define goals, collaborate on metrics, track product health, and drive product market fit strategies through data insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

  • 8 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing

  • 4 years of experience in product and/or experience management with experience partnering with technology and user experience teams in translating business strategy into prioritized specific product features and requirements

  • 3 years of experience in an agile software environment with demonstrated delivery of business results

  • Experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility; this includes experience providing technical direction, thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members

  • Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing with experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

  • 2 years of experience leading the digital product roadmap

  • 2 years of prior leadership experience with direct report responsibility in a top 25 omni-channel retailer, managing operational and/or project financial budgets

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
