What You Will Do
Drive product success through the lifecycle, setting enterprise standards for usability, viability, and feasibility, while fostering a continuous improvement culture.
Frame product vision and direction, define long-term plans and OKRs, secure buy-in from business partners, and prioritize features.
Create and deliver quarterly product roadmaps with high-level milestones, leveraging data to align cross-domain dependencies and achieve expected value.
Enhance customer experience through impactful feature design, innovation, and staying updated on competition, while leading cross-functional execution and delivery of products.
Leverage product analytics to define goals, track product health, drive product market fit strategies, and use data for alignment and storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability
Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Experience

Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
CSPO Certification
Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
Experience owning a P&L
