Job Description
Primary Function of Position
We are seeking a Product Management MBA Intern to help the Multiport organization. This position has the opportunity to make a direct impact on Intuitive’s product and procedural initiatives which make Intuitive’s solutions available to patients worldwide. With the direction and supervision of a Group Manager, the MBA Intern will play a role in creating strategy for markets and products which will enable adoption and growth of the company’s commercial portfolio.
Essential Job Duties
- Deliver assessment, insights and strategy to drive direction of a product and/or service, possibly including, but not limited to: positioning, value proposition, segmentation, pricing, market share review, conducting market research, and product requirements.
- Work with Key Opinion Leaders and internal experts to better acknowledge how the product and/or service are being utilized and resolve how to communicate that value proposition to target customers
- Deliver product pipeline recommendations by completing desirability assessments and business case assessment for potential product line opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience
University Hiring Program Eligibility Requirements:
- University Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited degree-seeking academic program in the Fall.
- Internship Work Period: Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) during a 10-12 week period starting May or June. Specific start dates are shared during the recruiting process.
Required Education and Training
- Pursuing an MBA in marketing, strategy, healthcare, or operations
- Undergraduate background in life science, engineering, data science or business discipline highly preferred
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare and medical devices highly preferred
- A proven record of achievement, leadership, and driving continued improvement

The hourly rate is prorated against the intern program salaries listed and total program compensation will be based on internship duration.
