Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Manager who thrives on reimagining flagship platforms at scale and leading across a large organization. This Staff Product Manager will lead the product team focused on “QuickBooks Ecosystem Platform Transformation End to End”. This team brings together the end to end experience across all the changes in the platform and brings them to market starting with experiments and following with big launches across all target audiences and geographies. You will partner with a dedicated product team (Design, Engineering, Analytics) as well as other QuickBooks cross functional teams (product, marketing, sales, customer service, legal, and finance).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define a product strategy to launch key iterations of our reimagined QuickBooks Ecosystem Platform Transformation experience including experiments and large at scale launches.
  • Craft and build the product experiences that enable the launch of experiments and scale launches of the reimagined Platform experience with high quality and speed, accelerating bringing our vision to life across all geographies and target audiences.
  • Evidence of excelling in environments of high cross company collaboration among multiple functions including product, marketing, and customer success.
  • Able to engage with and influence Leadership effectively
  • Identifies new opportunities based on customer insights, competitive research, and industry trends.
  • Dreams big with a bold, enduring, inspiring product vision and strategy — yet delivers the short and long.
  • Translate strategy into a product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Creates and maintains momentum, helping product teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action.
  • Make data-backed decisions and define high quality success metrics.
  • Have an informed perspective on how to leverage leading edge technologies to build data powered products.
  • Share excellence in PM craft to mentor and develop early career product managers.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years designing and delivering world-class software products as a Product Manager.
  • Demonstrated repeated success in creating innovative products that deliver extraordinary outcomes including leading complex technical platform components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones.
  • A positive and entrepreneurial mindset; self-aware with a strong desire to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple functions including product, marketing and customer success.
  • Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics and the voice of the customer.
  • Passionate for solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones).
  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, Business or related discipline required; MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $177,000 - $239,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
