Job Overview

Come join the A2D (AI, Analytics, and Data) Product Team as a Group Product Manager for Universal Data Understanding at Intuit.

The AI Foundation team in A2D provides AI development teams across Intuit the foundational AI capabilities for all AI-native experiences in Intuit’s products - QuickBooks, MailChimp, Turbo Tax, and Credit Karma. Universal Data Understanding (UDU) is an advanced, AI-powered platform capability for end-to-end understanding of all data ingested, processed and analyzed in Intuit’s products. Utilizing state-of-the-art AI and Generative AI techniques, UDU handles multi-modal data ingestion, and automatically connects, enriches, understands, maintains, and transforms data into states ready for consumption by any downstream AI applications (e.g. personalization, generation, analytics).

In this role, you will be responsible for the UDU capability. You will build and lead a team of product managers to build out UDU and ensure it successfully delivers business impacts across Intuit’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objective, key results and success metrics for your products.
  • Drive user research, collect feedback and understand user needs from, AI development teams, business units stakeholders, and Intuit customers.
  • Derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize resource allocation and technology investments based on customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product development mission teams and foster a builder culture.
  • Hire and develop the best.
  • Follow and assess industry trends and innovations, bringing advanced technologies to the Intuit AI where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related technical roles (e.g. engineer or data scientist manager).
  • 5+ years of experience managing AI and Generative AI technical products or features from conception to launch.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management with technical leadership.
  • High degree of technical understanding to be able to engage strategic and tactical discussions with leaders of data science and engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and summarize complexity for C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of working effectively across business units and with external partners. Demonstrated leadership that inspires and influences beyond your immediate organization.
  • Familiarity with Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and typical Data Platform components.
  • Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings is a plus.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $217,500-294,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
