Job Overview

Intuit is seeking a transformative and influential Staff Technical Program Manager to lead our Operationalizing AI Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational integration of AI across business units, connecting strategy to execution. This role requires someone adept at executing “new to Intuit” strategies and ways of working, as well as working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to operationalize AI at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for operationalizing AI, defining processes, standards, and performance metrics
  • Establish program structure and operating rhythm to streamline AI integration across business units, ensuring systematic reporting, operational mechanisms, and impact dashboards
  • Partner with data science, software engineering, product management, and various cross-functional teams to drive execution toward program outcomes
  • Identify, clarify, and resolve critical issues and dependencies, ensuring effective communication and change control with executive stakeholders
  • Rally teams, communicate execution plans, and align executive teams on program outcomes through a clear, compelling narrative of challenges and opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, creating/documenting repeatable frameworks, and incorporating stakeholder feedback

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end
  • Preferred experience in leading initiatives related to AI (but not required)
  • Ability to influence at all levels without direct authority, establishing credibility, trust and building strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs, balancing both risk and velocity goals
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities
  • Motivated self-starter with an attention to detail and a proven ability to innovate under fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities in a matrix environment, balancing both strategic and tactical initiatives

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $187,500 - 254,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
