At Intuit TurboTax we are obsessed with our customers. We are looking for a product manager with the curiosity to develop a deep understanding and sense of empathy for our customers in order to create remarkable new experiences for them. In this role you will define and lead strategy to move Intuit TurboTax experiences into the future, supporting work in areas like TurboTax Live to connect tax filers with tax experts, and Intuit Assist our AI-powered financial assistant that helps our customers and experts every step of the way to provide personalized guidance to their best tax outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across a portfolio of products.
  • Understands how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to develop working relationships with senior end executive leaders across Intuit
  • Raises the bar for PM talent on the team through mentorship and coaching of other PMs on tactical execution and strategy.
  • Identifies new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices.
  • Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML

Qualifications

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact.
  • Technical Product Management experience working with engineering. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus.
  • Energized by working across multiple partnerships and strong influencing skills.
  • Excels at driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making.
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field. An MBA is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $217,000 - 294,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
