Job description
Infosys is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our team who will act as a content and a digital marketing champion. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness among strategic clients and prospects.
You will be responsible for creating campaigns and digital marketing strategies, managing digital web presence, social media platforms, and all digital properties for Infosys to improve perception/relationship with key stakeholders (clients, prospects, analysts, etc.).
Qualification
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience for MBA graduates.
- Location for this position is across the US. This position may require travel up to 15%

Role Requirements:
- Partner with field marketing to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, expanding brand awareness and lead generation for Infosys Cobalt and cloud offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Infosys Cloud Services Unit to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Infosys Cobalt offerings.
- Enhance brand awareness and drive demand generation by leveraging marketing channels and agencies to build strong relationships with hyperscaler partners for Infosys Cobalt.
- Conduct audience analysis and segmentation to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal and external design and production teams to create market-ready collateral, sales enablement tools, client testimonials, and case studies.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, providing insights to sales teams through timely and regular market research initiatives.
- Utilize digital marketing skills, including SEO/SEM/SMM, content syndication, and programmatic campaigns, to execute annual marketing plans effectively.
- Understand Martech tools to track campaign metrics and optimize performance across various digital channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, operational processes, and CRM systems, ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration between sales and marketing.
- Use market intelligence, trend analysis, and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Interest and experience in the CP, Retail and Logistics industries. Prior experience in B2B Marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Good communication and writing skills (both written and verbal)
- Curious about metrics, execution processes, macro trends
- Ambitious and self-starter
- Team player and also take ownership of your tracks
