Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Project Manager to support and manage the IT components of multiple strategic initiatives across our organization. This role is crucial to the success of our business, as it involves overseeing projects that have been identified as critical for our growth and operations.
Responsibilities
Support and manage IT components of multiple strategic initiatives critical to the business.

Lead cross-functional project management efforts for the GIS (IT) Technology Strategy & Operations team, including:
Understanding and documenting requirements, resources and responsibilities across all impacted functional areas
Identifying and allocating necessary IT resources
Defining and assigning IT responsibilities across all affected departments
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined and assigned.
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time.
Report project status, risks, and issues to the project team and senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
Conduct project team meetings and facilitate steering committee meetings; participate in all phases of the project life cycle.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Ensure roadmaps and backlogs are created and maintained.
Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
Establish metrics to measure results and business value.
Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success criteria is met.
Conduct project team meetings and facilitate steering committee meetings; participate in all phases of the project life cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Project Management, Business, CS/Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Requires 2-5 years of experience with the following: Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement.
Experienced in planning and scheduling of major projects with elements in Strategy, Capital, Software Delivery, SaaS Model tools, training delivery, large scale companywide initiatives, highly technical/analytical projects/initiatives, and/or System Integration projects.
Knowledge of Current IT Technologies and/or large-scale company initiatives planning and/or execution such as SAP ERP, Salesforce-SFDC, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, M365, Security platforms and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement. Must be resourceful and accountable to execute and drive results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in program management tools and software, such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Managing third party vendor relationships or working with consultants;
SAP C2C/Q2C and SFDC or comparable CRM system.
Experience working in a regulated environment with medical instruments is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for the IT Project Manager role based in the United States of America is: $88,200 - $132,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
