Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing programs that equip the global sales team with the tools, training, and resources necessary to drive revenue and improve productivity. Bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all enablement initiatives. Successfully operates in complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Drives organizational/team excellence to help achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage sales enablement programs tailored to the needs of the global sales organization.
Manage and optimize the use of sales tools such as CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and analytics dashboards.
Ensure adoption and proper usage of these tools across the sales team.
Lead initiatives to drive change and improve efficiency within the sales organization.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.

The pay range for this position is $136,850 to $210,750 annually (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
