Data Integration Developer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration, cloud platforms, and custom SQL coding. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, leveraging Databricks, and ensuring seamless data flow across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory).

Utilize Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.

Develop and maintain custom SQL scripts for data manipulation and integration tasks.

Integrate data from various sources, including Essbase, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to support business intelligence and analytics.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Maintain documentation for integration processes, data flows, and system configurations.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and cloud technologies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Integration Developer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and Databricks.

Proficiency in custom SQL coding and experience with relational databases.

Familiarity with Essbase and its integration with other systems.

Experience with data integration tools and techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure DevOps and CICD pipelines.

Knowledge of other cloud platforms and integration tools.

Certification in Microsoft Azure or related technologies.

Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues. (5.) Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
