Job Description (Posting).

1) Managing Departmental Budgets
Senior Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the budgets of their respective departments. This includes allocating resources efficiently, monitoring expenditures, and meeting financial goals. To achieve this, they must balance the department's needs with the organisation's overall financial strategy. They also continuously adjust, optimise performance, and stay within budgetary constraints.

2) Overseeing Employee Performance
Senior Managers monitor and evaluate the performance of employees within their departments. This involves setting performance targets, conducting regular reviews, and providing feedback to ensure team members meet their objectives.

They also identify areas for improvement and offer support to enhance productivity and achieve organisational goals.

3) Supervising and Guiding Staff
Senior Managers supervise and guide their staff to ensure employees align with the company s vision and objectives. They provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to help team members develop their skills and perform at their best. This responsibility includes resolving conflicts, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a positive work environment.

4) Approving Recruitment and Termination
Senior Managers are crucial in the hiring and termination processes. They approve recruitment decisions to ensure the right talent is brought into the team and also make final decisions regarding employee terminations when necessary. This responsibility is vital for maintaining a strong and effective workforce.

5) Developing Organisational Objectives
Senior Managers are involved in developing the organisation's strategic objectives. T They collaborate closely with upper management to establish goals that align with the company s mission and vision. These objectives guide the department s operations and are essential for driving long-term success and growth. (1.) To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities. (2.) To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents. (3.) Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues. (5.) Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
