To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule, budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program (1.) To ensure value creation in the engagement (2.) To manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives. (3.) To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables (4.) To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements (5.)
