Experience: 2 -5 years manufacturing engineering experience. Design, working with statistics. Prior medical device manufacturing engineering experience is mostly preferred. May consider candidates with 2 - 3 years experience, BUT must have background and experience.Preferred Experience: Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings. Ability to lead and motivate peers, drive change and problem solve with creativity. Software validations / writing protocols and reports. Knowledge in developing new process.Key Skills: Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), commissioning and validation of manufacturing equipment.Duties: Support a new product, design, and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple variables. Analyze complex problems and identify their impact / establish probabilities / draw conclusions reflecting broad business needs / set complex process requirements. Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards. Lead and / or participate on cross functional teams to support organizational goals. (1.)
