- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and developing insights-driven strategy, ideas, and recommendations with varying degrees of information.

Responsibilities
- Develop product marketing strategy for responsibility products.
- Develop and execute product marketing plans working with cross-functional teams and marketing leadership, from positioning and narratives to launch strategies and integrated GTM.
- Oversee end to end reputation strategy approach for global reputation programs - proactively addressing gaps, building initiatives, strategies and assets to address.
- Navigate stakeholders across product, marketing, partnerships, GAPP, and regional/local to drive consistency. Communicate workstream plans, results, and learnings with cross-functional teams and executives.
- Partner with Google teams to ensure alignment and thoughtful integration of YouTube in Google’s trust and responsibility efforts.
