Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in cultivating and growing online communities.
  • Experience with best practices across channels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in content marketing or publishing, thought leadership, or B2B publishing.
  • Experience in email subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings.
  • Ability to work on ambiguous problems with an entrepreneurial mindset, at pace.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including SQL and programming languages.

About the job

The Scaled Growth team drives growth for our Ads business by helping our customers enhance their marketing capabilities and providing them with actionable insights.

As a Growth and Experiments Manager, you will lead key growth marketing efforts. You will drive tangible business outcomes by maximizing engagement with our insights-led content across multiple organic/owned channels. You will partner on the definition and execution of a cross-channel strategy that attracts, educates, and nurtures current and potential customers in target segments, throughout different stages of their journey.You will lead analysis to understand the root cause drivers of performance and identify/implement enhancements to the strategy and execution plans. You will own the experimentation agenda, augment our audience communities, run granular quantitative analyses, and execute on organic growth levers identified through experimentation.

In this role, you will utilize experience in strategy, deep analytics, and growth marketing. You will take initiative and partner with executive stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive significant initiatives in a high energy environment. You will ensure our channel strategy comes to life, identify actionable insights from large datasets, and execute on enhancements to our plan.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify and optimize the most effective channels for content distribution and develop a distinct strategy for each channel.
  • Analyze platform, content, and channel performance disaggregating root cause drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement. Work with technical teams to operationalize new metrics.
  • Implement strategies to grow a community of engaged readers, from target segments, on the platform. Implement strategies to grow segment email lists, social media followers, web users, and other target communities.
  • Develop and own experimentation agenda and run experiments to drive business and operational outcomes through our content platform. Own process and actions to deliver content across each channel, support ad hoc analytical/operational needs, and manage priority projects.
  • Partner with content team on adoption of AI in content development process.
