Description

Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the organization. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient processes, and driving operational improvements to meet business goals. The Operations Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations, address issues, and implement strategies that enhance overall performance.

Requirements

  • Overall 14+ years of experience
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing complex operations.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, management practices, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in managing customer service operations and addressing customer issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, operational software, and data analysis tools

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that processes and procedures are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that operational activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
