Job Description
This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Westlake Village CA Office three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and performance of product, sales, share, and advertising for the regional assets. This position requires the development and execution of product promotion and training strategies, while also developing and implementing product ordering strategies. This position will serve as the key interface between the assigned region, and national retail and product marketing teams. Strong analytical skills are required as this position supports the Regional Director by development of reports, presentations, and other analysis tools designed to help determine regional monthly go to market strategies, make regional media budget decisions, and development of the annual regional marketing plan.
This position is responsible for the development and performance of all regional marketing & advertising activities in conjunction with the Zone Managers and LMAs. In addition, the position is held accountable for the region’s performance in sales and share. The work involves a great deal of creativity, innovation, leadership, negotiating and decision making.
Primary Purpose:
Provide leadership towards the inclusion of the LMAs, Field Sales team and Regional direction.
Establish plans and strategies to asset zone and regional stated sales & share targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product order strategy development and execution, experiential event ordering.
Managing regional promotional & media budget.
Manage regional Influencer marketing fleets.
Generating sub sheets that the region and LMA’s use to promote lease offers for TV, digital mastheads, flyers, and any other CRM activity to drive the business.

Operating and running all LMAs within a given region in conjunction with the Zone Managers.
RMM responsible for bringing ‘vetted’ ideas, promotions, partnerships, etc.. to the LMA after Zone Manager and RMM agree.
RMM responsible for executing LMA agreed partnerships, promotions, and media tactics in conjunction with Jack Morton and Martin Retail Group (MRG) etc..
RMM responsible for managing with MRG the LMAs budget to ensure fiscally responsible plans that maximize the available budgets.
Manage and lead the Sales Effectiveness KPIs. Close Rate, Call Failure and Lease Retention
Oversee and execute monthly Go to Market (GTM) process. Collaborate with HQ, agencies and regional leadership team to ensure GTM is launched successfully, monthly. Determine inventory model mix and provide guidance to team on what to advertise for the month, based on available dealer inventory and lease payment.
Implement a plan to bring more brand awareness for Cadillac through activations, test drive, influencer, etc.
Innovate, and elevate regional marketing & promotional strategy, including experiential events, influencer strategies. Utilize the marketing influencer fleet, create an influencer plan to increase awareness through social media
Support individual dealers seeking information or issue resolution with Cadillac digital, CRM, and other marketing requirements or programs in conjunction with Zone team (awareness or participation)
Overseeing the Regional Digital Team and ensuring their goals/priorities align with the Zone and Dealers.
Overseeing agency support staffs: Jack Morton and Martin Retail
Develop and execute Regional GTM call, content, logistics.
Develop and execute regional training/team meetings.
Develop and execute content & logistics for regional round table and regional dealer council meetings.
Support monthly sales & CCA team huddles for holistic regional communications.

Responsible for finding the right luxury events throughout the region that can showcase Cadillac in front of the right audience and drive experiential activations that increase exposure, engagement, leads and ultimately sales as results either through regional brand budget or in partnership with LMA sponsored events in conjunction with LMA hired support teams (i.e.: Jack Morton) i.e.: Auto Shows, Hotel Partnerships, Vehicle Launches, etc…
Responsible for overseeing regional supported events through contract process via the IMPACT system.
Ordering vehicles for events. i.e.: Over 1500 vehicles in 2025 for regional and LMA promotional events. Ordering to be coordinated with Zone team and dealer feedback.
Oversee and communicate dealer iMR strategy and progress to zone teams.
Regional business plan ownership and coordination.
Develop internal and external facing presentations.
Mentor, lead, and support grow the new DSM’s talent to be better added value to the dealers with marketing discussions and plans.
Key interface with Divisional home office product and marketing managers.
Product and pricing expert on Divisional portfolio
Analysis of Divisional brand sales performance and market opportunity analysis
Regional product training champion, manage product trainers.
Drive product related communication for zones and region.
Handling of multiple product related field, dealer, and customer concerns
Inspiring team/customers to attain business goals.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Regional Director Executive requests
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
7+ year experience in sales, marketing, or related fields required
Domestic travel within region, 60%

10+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
Prior supervisory/leadership experience
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others both within and outside the organization.
Excellent organizing and planning skills to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks.
Ability to work independently and deal with conflicting priorities.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Computer skills to develop, maintain and analyze data.
A company vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
The salary range for this role is ($124,200 - $194,300). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
