As a full stack Senior Software Engineer in the Imaging Fleet Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering next-generation software solutions for Imaging 360. The position is responsible for driving the design and development efforts related to architecture, scalability, availability and performance in alignment with the product/application roadmap.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing and testing features software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure in cloud
• Drive design reviews, define interfaces between code modules, and applies existing technology to designs
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code complies with coding standards/guidelines.
• Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding
• Collaborates with Architects/LSD (Lead System Designer) on system design, ensures best practices are followed and works closely with quality assurance engineers to identify issues early in development cycle.
• Drive new features with Proof of Concepts to achieve solutions by collaborating with leads/Architects.
• Delivering integrated software products collaborating with different teams, with a high do/say ratio and uncompromised quality.
• Represent the product technology in internal forums and in leadership meetings at multiple levels in the organization.
• Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum of 6+ years of experience
• A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on professional experience in Software Development OR Master’s degree.

Technical Expertise:

• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java/NodeJS/Angular coding principles.
• Hands-on experience in Microservices development using spring boot, node or python.
• Hands-on experience in developing web applications in angular/react/vuejs Experience with Build configuration & CI/DevOps tools like maven, gradle, Jenkins.
• Experience in design and managing microservices using Kubernetes-based containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes and Lambda.
• Experience building applications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with web development using HTML5, Java Script, jQuery, CSS.
