GEICO Talent Acquisition Department is seeking a driven, experienced, and entrepreneurial minded leader to join our team as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Operations. This is a rewarding and challenging opportunity to lead a team of recruiters & talent acquisition specialists to meet our company recruiting goals. The manager will work closely with various business units to drive our recruiting strategy throughout the organization & will be committed to recruiting top talent in various positions for the company.
The Senior Recruiting Manager, Operations will be responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, train and set performance goals for a team of high-volume Recruiters
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies
Leverage data-driven insights to drive and meet recruiting goals
Develop and build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Monitor recruitment trends and develop process improvements as needed
Create and maintain recruitment metrics on an ongoing basis
Manages the relationship with Recruiting outsourcing vendor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, 5+ years directly managing a TA team
Familiarity with the Dallas hiring market (competitors, industry, etc)
Proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment efforts for large-scale organizations
Ability to analyze data and metrics in order to meet monthly, quarterly, and YTD hiring goals
Demonstrated experience defining and implementing sourcing strategies
Experience sourcing from or supervising recruiters in e-talent sourcing platforms, including CRM software, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other relevant platforms
Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or other relevant platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing a high-volume recruiting team
Previous experience recruiting in insurance industry
Location: Hybrid onsite three days a week.
