In this position...
As the Senior Process and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for managing 4 key pillars of excellence for the FCSD purchasing organization: systems, compliance, people development, and process standardization. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the elements in the 4 key pillars to ensure they are structured and aligned to meet the business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to optimize processes, and ensure compliance to our standards.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Process Design and Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop, document, and implement process changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of new processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Tool and reports development for diagnostics of issues and performance.
- Leverage network for internal and external benchmarking
- People Development:
- Identification of team skills gap
- Benchmarking internally and externally to develop training materials and tools.
- Develop program tied directly into team and individual performance metrics.
- Development of training program to address team gaps and people development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing and sales organizations, supply chain, & finance to ensure process improvements align with company objectives and business needs.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and training materials.
- Conduct regular audits/confirmation to ensure process adherence and identify further improvement opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for further optimization.
- Provide regular reports to management on process performance and improvement efforts.
Qualifications
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience combined supply chain and/or procurement experience
- Purchasing experience
- Experience with purchasing tools and software; Experience with compliance tools and management
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
- SAP, ARIBA, & other bid management tools
