About the Role
Ford Integrated Services Marketing is seeking a Manager of Messaging Strategy & Insights to join our growing Integrated Services MarCom team. This role is crucial in developing and executing compelling messaging for individual products in Ford’s portfolio, and for cross-portfolio messaging.
In this role you’ll work closely with Product, Product Marketing and Business teams to develop a Consumer Insights-driven approach to messaging and go to market strategies translate complex product offerings into simple customer value propositions. You’ll be responsible for developing a framework for how and when we field research and establish a strategic architecture that helps to organize how products are launched in-market with customers. You’ll be the hub of the wheel for consumer insights, serving as the front door with Research & Data to standardize our research methodology, establish a learning agenda and identify actionable insights around customer journeys, purchase drivers and behaviors.
