Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

We’re looking for a Product Partnerships leader to build and execute strategic and ecosystem partner strategies and initiatives across Figma’s platform with new and existing partners.
You’ll manage a team of successful partner managers while working in an exciting and constantly evolving environment. You’ll establish relationships within the BD & Partnerships team, and cross-functionally with our product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and legal teams to influence roadmaps and resources. You'll craft thoughtful approaches and initiatives that support strategic priorities for Figma and our partners, and you’ll be instrumental in driving the scale and success of Figma’s product partnerships.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Work cross-functionally to define our product partnerships strategy and goals. You’ll drive user engagement and growth via both scalable and custom product partnerships on Figma’s and our partners’ platforms
  • Craft regular business updates related to partners and our partner program; identify trends, consolidate feedback, and share insights with broader partnerships, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Lead partner meetings and engagements; provide insight into partnership goals, initiatives, and opportunities
  • Provide education, enablement, and advocacy to partners and internal teams
  • Pitch and prioritize opportunities for cross-functional collaboration that further partner program goals; inform and influence product roadmaps
  • Represent Figma across a variety of settings including partner meetings, negotiations, industry events, conferences, and more
  • Lead and develop team of four partner managers

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a related function
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience; proven history of hiring, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • The ability to define strategy, build cross-functional alignment, execute efficiently, and iterate alongside product, GTM, and executive teams
  • Practical business sense and the ability to translate from strategic concepts to operational execution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to structure frameworks and initiate an action plan
  • Experience leading and negotiating complex, first-of-their-kind, technical partnerships across one or more products
  • Technical depth; experience contributing to and influencing product strategy, roadmap, and execution
  • Proven success in planning, prioritizing, and driving long-term, cross-functional projects to completion
  • A proven track record in analyzing data to build and share insightful business recommendations
  • A demonstrated ability to execute on short term business needs in tandem with driving strategic decisions that align with the broader company and partnerships roadmap

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working at a high-growth company building programs from the ground up
  • Experience working with Figma’s current partner companies
  • Experience creating and implementing product partnerships strategies in enterprise SaaS
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
