Senior Manager, Brokerage Service Operations Finance
The Role
This Senior Manager role is a member of the Brokerage Service Operations (BSO) Finance team, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our BSO business partners to guide effective decision-making. Over the past several years, Fidelity has acquired millions of new retail customers. BSO drives the development of those customers into satisfied and profitable investors. As the Finance team supporting BSO, we guide the development and implementation of business strategies through our understanding of the economics of our products and customers and through our ability to assess the financial impact of our decisions. The candidate filling this role will perform economic analyses around the various components of the strategy, including new customer and product opportunities, evaluation of pricing, and measuring the success of our business. Disciplined financial analysis, strong relationship building, and the ability to understand how to communicate useful financial information to business partners are essential. Success will require an analytic attitude, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of related work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Revenue Models and Scenario Modeling
- Flexibility and ability to contribute to the team on multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Think-cell, Tableau, Business Objects, Anaplan, SQL)

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for at least two weeks, all business days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
