The Role

As the Senior Manager of Predictive Marketing at Fidelity Investments, you will be at the forefront of one of the most exciting and in-demand digital marketing strategies: data-driven predictive marketing. In this high-energy role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of product marketers, segment marketers, digital marketers, and advanced analytics professionals. Your mission? To develop and implement innovative predictive marketing programs that deliver personalized content to financial advisors at critical points in their buying journey. As a key member of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Digital Engagement marketing team, you will also work closely with the broader FI and Asset Management marketing and sales teams.

The Team

Join a team that is as curious and passionate about data-driven marketing as you are. The FI Digital Engagement team is looking for a data-savvy marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital sales. You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your responsibilities will include analyzing data, identifying predictive marketing opportunities, and developing comprehensive marketing plans. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and advanced analytics counterparts to coordinate content, technology integration, messaging, and outcome measurement.

The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
