Job Summary

FedEx Dataworks is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Manager of Learning and Engagement to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, grow our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Opportunity (DEI&O) strategy, and promote and enhance our culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, DEI&O, culture curation and leadership development. This role will lead a team focused on fostering an inclusive and learning culture where effective training and continuous improvement results in a well-trained workforce with the right capabilities to deliver business results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for training strategies to support the company's mission, goals, and business strategies.
  • Using strong leadership skills, guides a team to build, execute, and measure learning, DEI&O, and engagement programs and processes
  • Oversees learning and development resources to support programs and organizational needs.
  • Develop, integrate, and advise on culture and employee engagement strategies and initiatives with the goal of fostering a positive and sustainable organizational culture.
  • Utilize metrics, benchmark data, and best practices research, to lead employee engagement and leadership development processes and programs.
  • Provide strategic leadership and change management in learning development, engagement and DEI&O to accelerate a climate of belonging, equity and inclusiveness.
  • Build trusting relationships with Business Leaders, HR colleagues and employees to develop a deep understanding of the organization’s workforce, culture, diversity, equity. inclusion and retention opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities considered a plus

  • Excellent design, organization and planning skills
  • Strong human relations and communications skills
  • Strong executive presence and experience working with leadership
  • Previous leadership experience in related field
  • Learning and Development or DEI&O leadership experience

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in human resources, business administration or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

5-8 years experience in Human Resources required.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Monthly Range: $9,187 to $13,780
