Purpose of Position: The Financial Analyst will manage the department budget and is responsible for understanding financial operations and processes. This role involves analyzing and reviewing the department's financial status at both micro and macro levels to assess monetary efficiency. The position will work with internal parties for monthly and annual forecasting and closing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the budget for the responsible department
• Handle month and year forecasting and closing
• Monitor financial trends and expenditures
• Maintain forecasting accuracy through variance analysis
• Analyze departmental expenses by time frame
• Review projects with ROI/cost comparison
• Update workflow based on company policy changes
• Prepare ad-hoc reports assigned by leadership and HQ
• Manage/update investment module for Mobile Division investment plan

Required Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 4+ years of job-related experience
• Experience in finance, accounting, or business planning utilizing ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical skills
• Bilingual in Korean (read, write, speak) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage tasks and time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals and complete assignments within established policies and procedures
