Job Summary:

Duravant is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of packaged software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing software implementation projects. Must be a self-starter with high energy and strong communication skills. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of packaged software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodology required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management is required.
• Strong understanding of packaged software solutions and their implementation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software implementation.
