Position Overview: Join the Global Data Insight & Analytics organization as a Machine Learning Engineer to build and drive the strategy for our internal Data Science/AI/ML platform. Work in a small, cross-functional team to develop an AI/ML enablement platform.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver MLOps platforms and Gen AI solutions in GCP using Python.
• Collaborate with engineers, business partners, product managers, and designers.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD ecosystems and processes.
• Innovate and standardize machine learning practices.
• Lead by example in Paired Programming.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience in Python.
• 2+ years of cloud engineering experience.
• Experience with ML workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Advanced knowledge of Python, C/C++.
• Experience in MLOps, Gen AI, DevOps (Jenkins/Tekton), and cloud services (GCP).

Skills Preferred:

• Master's degree in Computer Science/Machine Learning.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and agile practices.
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 3+ years of backend software engineering in Python.
• 2+ years of cloud engineering experience.
• Experience in MLOps, Gen AI, and ML workflow orchestration tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, C/C++.
• Experience in DevOps, cloud services, container management, scripting languages, and Infrastructure as code.
