JOB SUMMARY FOR FINANCE MANAGER:

Position: Certified Re-Newed (CRN) Finance Manager

• Location: Plano, TX, USA
• Work Schedule: Hybrid (Mon-Thurs: Plano Legacy office; Fri: Work from Home)

Position Summary:

• The Certified Re-Newed (CRN) Finance Manager will oversee the management of marketing and sales expenditure for the Company. This role involves establishing policy guidelines, directing Sales Account Directors and Marketing Directors, performing marketing program reviews, and resolving financial and accounting issues. The incumbent will track detailed marketing expenditures, manage open programs, analyze budget vs. actual expenses, and report various metrics to senior management.

Pay range: $72-78/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FINANCE MANAGER:

Financial Oversight:

• Direct and manage marketing and sales deduction investment activities, including reviewing customer and vendor program agreements.
• Ensure compliance with budget guidelines for open marketing programs, coordinating necessary adjustments with marketing managers.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Provide regular and ad hoc forecasts and reports on sales metrics, production-sales-inventory (PSI), sales deductions, back margin, and market development fund expenditures.
• Develop methods for tracking marketing program expenditures to assist management in financial status reviews.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Lead collaboration with sales and marketing teams to gather requirements, analyze information, and develop solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams for ad hoc projects and reports, demonstrating strong leadership and presentation skills.

Program Management:

• Execute marketing expense and sales deduction audits, documenting findings and implementing recommendations for process improvements.
• Conduct program aging reports and evaluate marketing expenditure forecasts in collaboration with marketing managers and vendors.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR FINANCE MANAGER:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a focus on marketing expenditure management and financial analysis.
• Experience in managing financial accounting processes and teams is a plus.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR FINANCE MANAGER:

• Proficient in SAP or other financial systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of gathering and interpreting large datasets to prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.

• Problem-solving skills for timely decision-making on sensitive financial matters.

Additional Information:

• Experience with business process improvement, financial and operational analysis, and audits is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in the Korean language is a plus.
