JOB SUMMARY:

• Data Analyst opportunity in the Dearborn, MI area. Fully onsite role. Candidates need to have previous experience in the automotive industry, as well as a Bachelor's degree. They need to be familiar with coding and database development with a data-oriented mindset.
• Location: Onsite in Dearborn, MI
• Pay: $40-46/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing the development of various dashboards and tasks for all of Field Service Actions (FSA).
• Implementing processes to assist dealers and activities regarding FSA related concerns.
• Develop Recall/ASO/PSL Recall Program Dashboard within Qlik
• Develop Recall Metrics within Qlik
• Complete System Development for Closing Recalls for OTA (Over The Air) Updates
• Creation of the Field Review Committee Summary Debriefs after every FRC Meeting
• Creation of Recall Reporting in GCAMP

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
