We are looking for a Program Manager to partner with cross-functional teams in development, execution and optimization of Solution Guidance for Sales teams that has high impact on advertiser experiences. Sitting on a central team, the role is responsible for creating new and maximizing existing guidance that sales team recommend to advertisers to improve their ads performance. Key success factors in this role include familiarity with technical scoping and understanding how to translate behavior into signals, proficiency in data analytics, dexterity in project management tools and processes, and the ability to quickly understand, organize and simplify complexity under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

Project manage solutions design, development, and socialization activations (including stakeholder roadshows, and Q&A sessions). Prepare routine communication materials on project development status, insights, and trends to help inform and guide improvements to cohort strategy workflows. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project.


-8+ years of experience in program management, demonstrated experience using problem solving to provide sound business solutions and recommendations in ambiguous and complex environments

- Familiarity with technical scoping, proficiency in data analytics, dexterity in project management tools

- Work on complex projects

- Communicate clearly with stakeholder

- Design and development sales program that are implemented in the sales team

- Work closely with the solution development space, technical go to market of the advertising products(sales and ads)

- Product team internally they advertise new products and we work closely with them

- Engage and understand the product and build the system that can be used by the sales team

- Define the strategy to how to bring the product to the market

- Engage with marketing science team, infrastructure and various cross functional teams

-Project management experience required, with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value

Must have:

  1. Dealing with ambiguity, worked on complex project, proactive, Problem solving, and stakeholder management is the biggest skill
  2. Candidate from the tech, preferably digital advertising stream
  3. Project management – familiarity with the tools and processes (we want a business development person experience with project management and problem solving)
  4. Stake holder management
