We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team.

You will collaborate within a small team responsible for implementing DevOps principles and managing CI/CD pipelines. This role includes deploying AWS services to our Production account and working with various teams to maintain seamless operations. We encourage qualified candidates to apply.

Responsibilities

• Apply DevOps principles and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy AWS services to the Production environment weekly
• Resolve deployment issues and technical bottlenecks
• Create pipelines for services provided by Development teams
• Migrate legacy pipelines from Azure ADO to AWS infrastructure
• Facilitate collaboration with Development and Operations teams
• Document processes and support governance initiatives
• Monitor communication channels and adhere to organizational norms
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet established deadlines
• Leverage AWS Cloud Development Kit for service integrations
• Assist software engineers and internal teams when necessary
• Contribute to high-frequency releases and product rollouts

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in public cloud environments
• Background in working extensively with Amazon Web Services
• Proficiency in deploying resources like Amazon ECS and Serverless Lambdas
• Understanding of build and deployment tools, including AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline
• Knowledge of critical AWS services like Amazon VPC, Amazon S3, and AWS IAM
• Capability to collaborate efficiently and contribute ideas to a team environment
• Skills in managing tasks and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Qualifications in scripting with Bash or PowerShell are a plus
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation and modern deployment strategies
• Competency in designing and implementing DevOps pipelines for Infrastructure as Code
• Full proficiency in English communication at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Background in AWS CodeBuild
• Familiarity with AWS Resource Access Manager
• Expertise in Terraform
• Skills in GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Understanding of key Azure DevOps concepts
