We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support critical infrastructure and data workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust, scalable cloud solutions in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, MLEs, and Data Scientists to support projects and workflows
• Manage and administer AWS accounts, including resource allocation and permission management
• Assist in design, setup, and optimization of compute, storage, and service infrastructure
• Act as a liaison between the central infrastructure and Data Platform teams
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate workflows and deploy infrastructure efficiently
• Oversee and enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Atlassian Bamboo
• Integrate and optimize AWS services, including Glue, Batch, Lambda, and AI tools such as SageMaker
• Ensure adherence to test automation best practices for reliable software delivery
• Provide technical guidance and strong ownership over project deliverables
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to diverse teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to technical discussions and planning with the team, Product Manager, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Data Engineering, or a related field
• High proficiency in AWS administration and permission management
• Expertise in compute, storage, and service infrastructure setup and optimization
• Proficiency in AWS Glue, Batch, Lambda, and familiarity with AWS AI tools like SageMaker and Data Science workflows
• Advanced skills in IaC tools like Terraform combined with CI/CD expertise (Atlassian Bamboo)
• Basic development skills in Python from a professional working environment
• Strong background in test automation best practices
• High engagement, proactivity, and sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (B2 level or higher)

• Familiarity with Scrum and empowered team structures for effective project delivery
• Understanding of self-hosted LLM-based internal services design and deployment
• Showcase of experience influencing technical architectures and decisions
• Background in contributing to cross-disciplinary teams and technical design discussions
