We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure) to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, managing, and optimizing Azure-based cloud solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement DevOps practices to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Azure to meet organizational goals
• Enhance development and deployment workflows by building and refining CI/CD pipelines
• Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Deploy and manage containerized applications through Docker and Azure Container Services
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management processes using Terraform
• Utilize Helm to manage and update Kubernetes application deployments
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python, Bash, or Ruby to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to maintain reliability and uptime
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate DevOps methodologies into application lifecycle processes
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or related technical roles
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
• Experience in deploying and managing containerized workloads with Azure Containers
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Hands-on expertise with Docker for container management and orchestration
• Experience using Helm for configuring and managing Kubernetes-based applications
• Familiarity with tools to monitor infrastructure performance and maintain system reliability
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ruby for automation and task optimization
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools and technologies to ensure system reliability and performance
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and their integration with Azure-based solutions
• Knowledge of advanced security practices for protecting cloud infrastructure and applications
