We seek a Senior UX Designer with a Data Visualization/BA background to join our EPAM design studio in Poland.

In this position, you will support the evolution of GPI (Global Platform Integration) through collaborative work with numerous stakeholders/clients from different business units. The candidate will be working with product stakeholders, design leads, and other product teams, driving the research, shaping requirements and visions into new features/integrations, and acting as a catalyst between various global teams

Responsibilities

• Design system management and design templates creation
• Design onboarding for new team members
• Design reviews to ensure consistent implementation of design standards on a report level
• Keeping data visualization best practices
• Accessibility considerations
• Design system changes
• Stakeholder interview
• Mockup creation
• Usability testing
• Working with the development team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with a range of research tools and methodologies
• Proficiency with Figma
• Previous experience with BI Analytics and Visualization
• Strong conceptual and systematic thinking; ability to give efficient feedback to others and argumentation of own decisions
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Previous experience with PowerBI or Tableu would be considered as a strong advantage
• Experience of work in enterprise type of projects
