Senior HIL Test Automation Engineer Description
We are seeking a Senior HIL Test Automation Engineer to build a greenfield solution for the automotive industry. We are looking for a forward-thinking and ready-to-learn individual to ensure first-class quality of the process.
As a Hardware In the Loop (HIL) Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for testing embedded control systems and microcontrollers. In addition, you will gain real production experience in Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing and enjoy close collaboration with the customer’s team. Joining us, you will have the opportunity not only to dive into the automotive industry and take your Python skills to the next level, but also to enhance your English due to daily communication with the customer.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for embedded control systems and microcontrollers
- Develop, maintain, and ensure automated tests execution
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting
- Communicate daily with the client to discuss project details and requirements
- Comply with customer-defined scope, guidelines, and deadlines
- Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge in the automotive domain
Requirements
- 3+ years of test automation experience
- Proficiency in Python or C language
- Background in hardware-related environments, including installation and tuning
- Competency in troubleshooting and firmware dependencies
- Qualifications in engineering with a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Team player attitude
- Flexibility to learn new domains from scratch (automotive) and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Capability to learn quickly and work independently
