Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to agile product development teams
• Forge robust partnerships with senior stakeholders to align product vision with business goals
• Deeply understand the evolving landscape of K-12 education to anticipate user needs
• Drive the adoption of user-centered design principles across all product stages
• Define comprehensive product roadmaps with clear prioritization based on strategic value
• Champion the integration of innovative design and technical solutions to meet user demands
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to market-leading standards
• Analyze performance metrics to guide continuous product optimization
• Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure necessary resources and support for projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably within an educational technology environment
• Expertise in advanced agile methodologies and leadership in high-paced settings
• Profound knowledge of user experience design, visual aesthetics, and usability best practices
• Background in leveraging data analysis to inform product decisions
• Demonstrated success in developing educational technology products for K-12 users
• Proven skills in conducting comprehensive user research and translating findings into actionable insights
• Strong competencies in managing cross-functional teams and effective stakeholder communication
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and pivot strategies swiftly as needed
• Mastery of software development lifecycle and proficiency in using collaboration tools
