We are seeking a skilled Middle 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer with specialized knowledge in MuleSoft.

This role involves maintaining and supporting software systems specifically using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. In addition to addressing support and maintenance tasks, the successful candidate may also assist the development team with various development activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft technologies
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Participate in customer interviews to effectively gather required specifications
• Engage in project interviews to discuss feasible solutions and expected deliverables
• Collaborate with fellow team members to design and implement system enhancements
• Ensure the quality of code, and conduct necessary testing and debugging
• Document technical specifications and maintain updated documentation
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in MuleSoft and relevant industry developments
• Offer support to the development team with developmental tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar 3rd line support role with a background in software maintenance
• Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Excellent command of English (B2 level)
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities, with a focus on resolving complex software issues
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing software applications
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to work remotely and independently
