Marketing Automation Manager (contract) Description
This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing marketing automation solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in marketing and sales, CRMs, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your communication skills will be essential in collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Campaign design and execution: Create and manage automated marketing campaigns
- Lead management: Score prospects based on their readiness to buy and tailor messaging accordingly
- Email marketing: Develop and manage automated email campaigns, such as lead nurturing campaigns
- Data analysis: Analyze data to improve workflow efficiency
- Team collaboration: Work with other teams to align marketing automation strategies with business goals
- Industry trends: Stay up to date on industry trends
- Testing and optimization: Test and refine automated processes to improve campaigns and achieve goals
- Multichannel marketing: Build multichannel marketing campaigns and track and analyze their performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in communication, marketing, journalism, web development, or information management preferred or related/equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3+ years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, and/or 1:1 marketing experience
- Multiple years of hands-on experience creating marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions
- Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively with senior firm leaders. Must be able to influence others explain best practices and professionally explain decisions, even when they are in conflict with others’ desires
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment and demonstrated ability to work independently, navigating matrixed leadership and teams to accomplish shared results

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $50 - $60 per hour.
