Responsibilities
- This Individual contributor will sit at the intersection of the client’s Conversational Platform, CRM Systems (Salesforce) and Google Ads / Advertising Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholder, software engineers, Partner teams (Product, Program, Service Desk) and lead the entire project cycle including Requirement scoping, application/system design, Project planning, Implementation / Execution, E2E Eng Tastings, UAT Support, Deployments & Post Deployment activity supports
- Self-driven and accountable, with great attention to the details and ensure to give process change feedback too
- Primarily responsible for SFDC implementations and to lead further implementation beyond salesforce when dealing with a integration heavy project
- Prepare for multi-year product roadmaps and work collaboratively with Product team regularly to refine scope of changes and deliveries in a consistent loop and further help extracting/defining KPIs
- Strong technical and collaborative skills are highly needed in this scope of role
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform Development
- 5+ years of experience with Java Backend
- Proven experience with Salesforce Platform Automations like Flows, Process builders, Workflows
- Understanding of Apex Enterprise patterns, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, SOQL, SOSL is a must have
- Awareness of Salesforce Governor Limits, Platform Limits
- Knowledge of Salesforce Application Architecture Best practices
- Experience with programming Languages: Apex, LWC (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), Aura, Visualforce
- Exposure to enterprise scale data architecture modeling
- Integration Architectural stewardship
- Experience with performing system landscape assessment and architecture
- Familiar with Google IAM, Google Dialogflow , Google Drawbridge / Integration
- Contact Center system Experience, Google Ads / Advertisement platform experience
- Experience with performing technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication.Platform , Google Speakeasy Flows and Architecture
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide unauthoritative project leadership
