We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tasks, teams, and resources efficiently to maintain high-quality standards and achieve stakeholder satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce project tasks, teams, and resources efficiently to ensure timely project progress
• Build and nurture high-performance teams capable of delivering projects on time while maintaining high quality and achieving stakeholder satisfaction
• Establish solid frameworks, roles, and communication strategies for successful project initiation within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Guide project changes and enhancements to boost success and adaptability
• Coordinate with technical teams to align Salesforce project goals with industry best practices
• Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their needs and consistently deliver value
• Comprehend and manage the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the project
• Manage revenue generation processes, cost structures, budget forecasting, planning, and P&L within Salesforce projects

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in a project management or delivery management role within Salesforce environments
• Demonstrated experience in managing Fixed Price, Waterfall, and Fixed Fee Salesforce projects
• Expertise in Program Management, Portfolio Management, or simultaneous management of multiple Salesforce projects totaling over 50 FTEs
• Proficiency in operational project management including task and resource management within the Salesforce platform
• Background in Salesforce product management or business analysis roles including backlog management, functional requirements, and product vision
• Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce project delivery and industry standards

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect
• Experience in working with global teams and remote project delivery
• Skills in advanced Salesforce functionalities and integration tools
