We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our teams and oversee the development and execution of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in coding and cloud technology, combined with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and drive organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all design and architectural discussions, interacting with both the team and the customer
• Build high-level software architecture from a business targets perspective
• Guide and coach the team on engineering best practices, ensuring proper implementation
• Perform code reviews, estimations, capacity, and release planning
• Implement branching, merging strategies, build policies, and CI/CD automation
• Evaluate and propose tools/software for improving efficiency
• Address team member’s training needs and manage scope changes through a robust change control process
• Manage risks, conduct retrospective meetings, and implement improvements
• Maintain a timeline-bound project roadmap and manage the rollout and operational aspects of delivery
• Manage multiple cross-functional, hybrid/distributed teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
• Strong technical and analytical skills with proven hands-on experience in JAVA, .NET, SCALA, or PYTHON
• Proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or AZURE
• Expertise in software architecture design, DevOps practices, and quality gates
• Background in managing large scale projects using Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Understanding of ISO project management and information security processes
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level

Nice to have

• Experience in delivering enterprise level PDS projects
• Familiarity with automated testing strategies and tools
• Capability to drive strategic delivery decisions and support account growth strategies
• Competency in preparing engagement revenue and resource forecasts
• Qualifications in project and process management
