We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing a new lending platform that leverages cutting-edge technologies and architecture.

In this role, you will analyze business needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into comprehensive User Stories
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the agile development process
• Create detailed wireframes and mockups to guide system design
• Participate in the discovery phase to identify and clarify project scope
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field
• Proven experience creating User Stories in a Scrum set-up
• Familiarity with wireframes and mockups
• Knowledge of microservices architecture powered by .NET Core, Angular and Azure
• Proficiency in Docker
• Understanding of the finance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Background in business systems analysis and project management
