We are currently seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to be a part of our vibrant team, dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions for a critical element of our new automotive platform.

This position will play a crucial role in expanding the project scope by collaborating with a technically proficient team within the Scrum framework, guided by the broader SAFe model. The role is perfect for someone with a solid technical foundation and a talent for deep collaboration aimed at achieving breakthroughs in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Manager to define the roadmap, set priorities, and establish detailed business requirements
• Decompose complex business requirements into manageable features and stories in collaboration with the Product Owner and engineering team
• Update and improve Rally work items to capture all necessary attributes and support issue resolution
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions to ensure alignment of team goals and streamline processes
• Thoroughly document technical requirements and solutions in the team’s wiki

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in business analysis focusing on backend systems and API integrations
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in managing Invoicing processes, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Expertise in story creation, coupled with skills in Discovery, Epic, and Feature planning
• Competency in documenting backend components using tools such as Lucidchart and Miro
• Robust communication skills for consistent interactions with Product Owners and end customers
• Understanding of AWS technology stack with familiarity in cloud environments
• Background in managing large-scale projects with multiple distributed teams
• Familiarity with principal roles and components of SAFe
• Qualifications in English language proficiency at B2+ level for effective communication

• Proficiency in invoice processing adjustments and standards
