Job Duties and Responsibilities

Gen Mobile seeks a dynamic and creative execution specialist to join our Prepaid Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, tactical, and field-based execution experience. This role is crucial for our company's growth and success, focusing on initiatives to enhance engagement, collaboration, and competition. As an Senior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence many aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Field Sales and other Gen Mobile Departments to support and expedite achieving Gen Mobile prepaid OKRs & KPIs
  • Implement, inspect, and enforce customer-facing sales strategies for product/promotional launches with the Head of Sales
  • Assist with supervision and management of sales department staff including field visits/performance management/training
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales in coordination of schedules and meetings including field visits
  • Manage the implementation and field execution of new Channel launches including authorized retailers and regional/national retailers
  • Develop ongoing sales strategies, including weekly communications, launch plans, major initiative tactics, and monthly call presentations for meetings and webinars
  • Draft sales communications in coordination with Sales Operations, Field, and Marketing
  • Provide hands-on training to new hires during their first 90+ days, developing
  • processes, procedures, and coaching tools to accelerate their development
  • Provide monthly executive summary on project status, outstanding action items, and completion timelines, including key asks for Gen Leadership
  • Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner
  • Centralize project intake, communication and follow up for retail sales development and business development initiatives
  • Define and articulate projects/programs to improve the prepaid sales department operations and to help achieve its goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects and client implementations
  • Manage and monitor the progress of individual projects and programs
  • Prepare presentations and deliverables for upper management
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, templates, and other resources for sales staff to utilize

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience)
  • 3 years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience
  • 1-year selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross-functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
  • Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
