Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Leading and supporting a team of DISH and Sling analysts, you will drive high-value initiatives that mitigate churn through operational tactics and lifecycle loyalty management. Your goal, to minimize churn and maximize customer profitability, will be pursued through data analysis, strategic recommendations presented to senior leadership, and coordinating plans into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide your team to uncover new opportunities, potential business risks, and drive the identified actions to optimize customer loyalty
- Coach your team through critical thinking scenarios, analytic-based problem solving, leveraging data into insights, and driving business decisions with a consulting mindset
- Leverage financial modeling to develop strategic retention offers and to enhance profitability within Retention operations
- Spearhead the development of Loyalty-based AI/ML initiatives to generate churn mitigation with new and creative approaches
- Support team project management including all phases of opportunity identification, recommendation, implementation, and refinement
- Generate and leverage a robust repertoire of cross-department partnerships to inform and implement a variety of effective retention solutions
- Effectively communicate complex storylines and data-driven recommendations up to the SVP and President levels
- Be an industry expert, understand competitive strategies and their impact on the Video Services business
- Be able to read, review, and understand the SQL codes and Tableau reports used by your team to support reconciliation and further technical development of your team
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (4 years) in a focus that demonstrates logical thinking
- 2+ years managing or leading an analytic-based team
- 4+ years of experience in data-driven analytics or strategy roles
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven success in guiding a team toward organizational KPIs and goals
- Experience developing analytic models and dynamic reports with SQL, Tableau, and Excel that drive business direction and insights
- Advanced understanding and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with audiences from individual contributors to executive leadership
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
