Job Duties and Responsibilities
Join us on our aggressive growth path as we deploy America’s First Smart Network. As a Wireless Staff Accountant II, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, shaping processes and driving efficiency in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that rewards innovation, proactivity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and lead a seamless monthly close process, including general journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and GAAP financial statements
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial statements, uncovering actionable insights through variance analysis
- Collaborate with teams across the business—Audit, Tax, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations—to drive financial excellence
- Transform manual processes with cutting-edge technology and systems, creating efficiencies that fuel our growth

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree(s) in accounting
- 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in growth companies
- CPA, or equivalent qualification a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, able to problem solve creatively and meet expanding business needs as circumstances require
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting in an often pivoting work environment and with effective cross-functional management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great team player, strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle a plus
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
