Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and present business cases that clearly articulate the value proposition of strategic projects to senior management
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner and the opportunities for growth throughout that partner’s ecosystem
- Work cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to gather necessary data, insights, and assumptions in order to prepare business cases and accurate revenue modeling
- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and research strategic opportunities for business growth
- Monitor and report on the performance of initiatives, providing recommendations based on outcomes and market developments
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business operations or finance
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with Google preferred
- Experience with financial modeling
- Ability to build business cases and justifications
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to present to leadership
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
