Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Operations Analyst supporting Retail Wireless, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring smooth partnerships between our networks and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include driving business solutions to cross-functional organizational initiatives in close collaboration with our external partners. The successful candidate will exhibit the drive and motivation to tackle complex and challenging projects while maintaining close working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Support large-scale projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Partner with business areas, executive leadership, and technology teams on initiatives to align project outcomes with strategic priorities and direction
- Work with network and engineering teams to build and align product offerings that meet the needs of our wireless brands
- Develop clear communication and reporting channels across different levels of the organization
- Manage large data sets to analyze and identify organizational priorities
- Analyze complex business problems and work with appropriate teams to identify solutions that align with our financial and customer experience goals
- Maintain positive working relationships with external network partners and ensure teams are working together toward collaborative goals
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in the retail or wireless industry is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills for collecting and interpreting data to identify solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively between corporate, field teams, and external parties
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management principles
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to company core values
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate in an ambiguous environment where responsibilities and focus areas may change quickly
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
